Banana Peanut Butter Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup sesame seeds

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Beat bananas, egg, vanilla, oil, and honey for 1 minute on low speed.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Pour dry ingredients into the bananas and mix.
  5. Stir in the peanut butter and sesame seeds.
  6. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 1 hour.
