Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. In large bowl, beat butter and sugars until combined. Mix in the mashed banana, and peanut butter. Mix in vanilla and egg.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the banana mixture alternately with the milk. and stir just until combined.
  4. Then fold in 3/4 cup milk chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into a 9 X 5 inch greased and floured loaf pan.
  6. Sprinkle chopped peanuts and remaining 1/4 cup of chocolate chips evenly over the batter, press lightly.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. This can also be made in three greased and floured mini loaf pans. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
  9. Cool in pan on wire rack 10- 15 minutes, remove from pan and cool completely.
  10. Wrap and store overnight before serving.
