Banana Cream of Wheat Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 cup unsaturated oil

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  2. Add bananas, egg, water, and oil, mixing well.
  3. Bake in greased loaf pan for 45 minutes at 350 ºF or until done.
  4. Remove from pan and let cool.
