Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Put paper cups in muffin tin.
  2. Whisk together flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add egg whites, applesauce and banana mush until just moistened.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Divide batter into muffin cups.
  6. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
