Banana Chocolate Chip Mini-Muffins

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350, placing rack in lowest position.
  2. Prepare mini-muffin tins with paper liners.
  3. Cream sugar and butter in large bowl.
  4. Mix in eggs with mixer until well blended.
  5. Add bananas and yogurt, and beat until smooth.
  6. Add baking soda and salt. Mix.
  7. Fold in flour until it's all moistened.
  8. Stir in chips.
  9. Fill liners in pan about 3/4 of the way. I use a cookie scoop and they go quickly and turn out uniform.
  10. Bake 20 minutes on bottom rack.
