Ingredients:

  • 2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup crisco
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 2 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream crisco and sugar. While mixing add eggs 1 at a time. Add bananas and flour alternating. Add salt and baking soda. Pour into a greased pan. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
