Ingredients:

  1. Beat eggs until frothy, then add sugar, mix well.
  2. Next add vanilla, and oil mix thoroughly.
  3. Peel, core, dice apples, sprinkle lemon juice to keep from turning brown while getting other ingredients ready.
  4. Chop pecans mix with chopped apples, flours, salt,soda, and cinnamon.
  5. Add dry ingredients a spoon at a time to batter, it will become very thick.
  6. Do Not Over Mix.
  7. Bake in greased and floured bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes testing with toothpick for doneness.
  8. Cool in pan for 12 minutes before removing.
  9. Or may bake in tube pan.
