Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups of flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. - Cream together butter & sugar in a bowl
  2. - Add eggs & crushed banana's
  3. - Combine well
  4. - Sift together flour, baking soda, salt. Add to creamed mixture.
  5. - Add Vanilla
  6. - Pour to greased & floured loaf pan
  7. - Bake at 350* degrees for 60 minutes
