Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream together butter and sugar. Add beaten egg and milk; mix well. Add vanilla.
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Mix together with creamed mixture.
  4. Drop by teaspoon onto parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
