Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar; add eggs and crushed bananas; add vanilla.
  2. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture.
  3. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan.
  4. Bake at 350f for 60 minutes.
