Baked Talapia Fish

Ingredients:

  • 10 tilapia fillets ( unfrozen)
  • 1 tsp butter
  • creole seasoning

Directions:

  1. Thaw out 10 pieces of frozen talapia.
  2. Pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  3. Wash the fish pieces off in the sink.
  4. Spray the foil pan with cooking spray.
  5. Place the fish in the foil pan with 4 peices on each side of the pan and two pieces in the middle.
  6. Sprinkle seasonings, creole seasoning, lemon pepper, and garlic salt on the fish.
  7. Put the teaspoon of butter top in the middle of the fish.
  8. Place a foil over the pan.
  9. Place it in the oven.
