Ingredients:

  • 12 oz tilapia
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1 tsp tarragon
  • 1/2 tbsp canola oil

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients. Brush both sides of fish with oil. press rub into tilapia. Marinate for one hour. Grill over medium heat until flesh flakes.
