Baked 'caught' Fish

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1/4 tsp onion salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb cod

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in baking pan at 350.
  2. Mix flour, cornmeal, onion salt,& pepper.
  3. Dredge fillets in flour mixture.
  4. Place in pan, turning once to coat both sides with butter.
  5. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  6. Bake 10 minute.
