Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake potatoes at 350 degrees f for 1 hr.
  2. Cool completely.
  3. Peel and cube potatoes.
  4. In lg saucepan, melt butter.
  5. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until smooth.
  6. Gradually add milk.
  7. Bring to a boil.
  8. Cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
  9. Remove from heat add sour cream.
  10. Add potatoes and green onions.
  11. Garnish with cheese.
