Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Cut the butternut squash in half from top to bottom, leaving the skin on. Deseed the squash.
  3. Using a 9x13 baking dish, place both halfs of the squash into the pan.
  4. Spread 2 tablespoons of the butter on half of squash.
  5. Spread 1/4 cup of brown sugar on each half of squash. Placing a little extra in the bowl of the squash.
  6. Put 1/2 inch of water in baking dish.
  7. Place in oven for 45 minutes.
