Light Baked Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place the squash halves on a cookie sheet.
  3. Spray each half of the squash 5-10 times with the butter spray.
  4. Sprinkle each half of the squash with brown sugar. (Adding a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice tastes good too!).
  5. Bake at 350 for an hour or until soft.
  6. Serve in shell.
