Ingredients:

  • 5 tbsp orange juice
  • 3 tbsp dark rum
  • 3 tbsp plum jam
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 4 bananas , halved lengthwise

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. In a small pan combine orange juice, rum, plum jam, butter, lemon juice and nutmeg bring to boil, remove from heat.
  3. Place bananas in a baking dish, flat side down.
  4. Pour mixture over bananas, sprinkle with pecans.
  5. Bake 10-15 minutes until sauce is thickened.
