Bacon Spinach Quiche

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add basil and onions to bacon fat and saute 10 minutes until tender.
  2. Whisk eggs, mustard and cream.
  3. In buttered quiche dish layer cheese, spinach, mushrooms, onion mixture and bacon.
  4. Pour egg mixture over everything being careful to cover all the layers.
  5. Bake at 325 for 50 minutes then cool slightly and serve while warm.
