Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 3 large eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix flour and cheese together separately.
  3. Lightly beat eggs, milk and pepper.
  4. Chop spinach into pieces about 1-2 inches and mix into eggs.
  5. Pour cheese and flour into the egg and spinach mixture, lightly mixing as you add it.
  6. This is easy, like making an omelet. You can add more ingredients, like adding onions, fresh garlic, tomato's (on top last 5 min of cooking), top with cornflakes for added sweetness. Use low fat or non-fat milk and cheese (my preferred method). Additional meats; sausage, chicken, pork, fish, etc - just remember to precook all meats. Have fun and don't be afraid to make it your own!
  7. Pour your ingredients into the pie crust, top with bacon and back in the oven for 60 minutes or until quiche has risen and is set!
