Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 then coat pie plate with cooking spray.
  2. Gently lay dough in pie plate one piece at a time coating each layer with cooking spray.
  3. Whisk eggs, egg substitute, milk, flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and bacon over dough then pour in egg mixture.
  5. Place on baking sheet and bake until firm then allow to cool and cut into wedges.
