Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese (6oz)
  • 8 slices cooked bacon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne

Directions:

  1. Sprinkle cheese & bacon into pie shell.
  2. Beat remaining ingredients.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
