Bacon And Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment or foil
  3. Hollow out mushroom by removing stem
  4. Finely chop stems
  5. Mix together cheeses, mayonnaise, bacon and mushroom stems
  6. Stuff mushroom with cheese mixture
  7. Bake on baking sheet about 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown
