Ingredients:

  • salmon fillets caught that day if your lucky like me
  • fresh veggies i used onions garlic aspargus and zuchini
  • a splash of red wine vinager and extra virgine olive oil

Directions:

  1. Go catch your fresh salmon (this may take all day)lol
  2. When your at your local veggie stand look only for the fresh and best vegies no need to stick to a recipe use only the best you can find
  3. Cut all your veggies into bite size pieces and place in a cut out piece on paper about a foot square and your fillet salmon splash with oil then wine and vinager salt and pepper if you like and maby some lemon zest for a little extra zing
  4. Fold over your paper so it looks like a huge folded tortilla start in one corner and fold into the middle repeat over and over until it will looke like a huge old fashion hand pie staple the last edge to keep closed and bake in a 350 oven for 20 min. more if you like your salmon cooked dry,
