Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 400.
  2. Put asparagus on a baking sheet, and drizzle with oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Spread in one layer.
  4. Roast 15 mins., or until tips are lightly browned, and just fork tender.
  5. Shave cheese onto asparagus. Toss gently.
