Roasted Balsamic Asparagus

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup parmesan

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375. Place asparagus in shallow dish. Drizzle oil over asparagus. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle vinegar over asparagus. Roast for 16 minutes. Top with cheese and serve.
