Artichokes Mushrooms And Spinach Casserole

A good vegetable side dish of artichokes, spinach,mushrooms in a creamy garlic cheese sauce.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 (10 oz) packages frozen
chopped spinach, thawed, well drained and squeeze dry
1 tsp worchestershire sauce
2 cans artichoke hearts
drained, cut in quarters
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup half & half
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp tabasco
8 oz shredded gruyere cheese
1/2 cup toasted bread crumbs
Directions:
1. Melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium heat.
2. Add onions, saute till translucent.
3. Add mushrooms and garlic
4. cook till mushrooms release their liquid
5. Add spinach & Worchestershire sauce
6. cook till spinach loses its bright green color
7. Stir in artichokes
8. Add cream cheese, half & half, salt & pepper
9. cook till cream cheese has melted
10. Stir in bread crumbs and tabasco
11. Pour into a casserole dish
12. Sprinkle with Gruyere cheese
13. Bake at 375 degree for 15 minutes or till top is golden brown
