Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pare apples and cut into thick slices.
  2. Combine 1/2 cup sugar with cinnamon and 1 heaping tablespoon flour and mix with apples. Put in unbaked pie shell.
  3. Blend remaining flour, sugar and butter. Work into small crumbs.
  4. Sprinkle crumbs over apples.
  5. Bake in a hot oven, 425, for 10 minutes, then lower temperature to 350 and bake 35 minutes more.
