Ingredients:

  • 2 cups wheat bran
  • 1 1/3 cup flax seed
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cups walnuts
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 4 tbsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 5 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Lightly oil muffin tins.
  3. Grind flax seed.
  4. Combine all dry ingredients.
  5. Combine oil, eggs, and milk.
  6. Add to the dry ingredients and mix till dry ingredients are moist.
  7. Spoon into prepared muffin tins.
  8. Bake 22 minutes.
