Amazing Apple Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts (for bottom)
  • 1 (9 inch) pie crusts (for top )
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Place one pie crust into a 9 inch pie plate.
  3. Combine all the ingredients above together (except for the pie crust). Toss.
  4. Put the apple mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Top with the second pie crust. Seal.
  6. Cut small slits in the top of the pie crust.
  7. Sprinkle the pie crust with a cinnamon and sugar mixture.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes, until crust is brown.
