  1. Preheat oven to 325. brown sausage and spread in the bottom of a 9 by 13 baking dish . beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper. stir cheese into egg mixture and pour over sausage. sprinkle croutons evenly over cheese. bake for 45min.
