Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil the potatoes.
  2. Drain, cool, cut into 1 cubes.Set aside.
  3. In small skillet, saute the chopped onions in the butter until the onions are about half way done. Add in the garlic and cook with the potatoes, being careful not to burn.
  4. Toss with the potatoes and other ingredients .
  5. Spoon into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbling.
