Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 oz absinthe , herbsaint, pernod, or ricard
  • 1/2 -oz orange flower water
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tsp white or clear creme de menthe
  • ice

Directions:

  1. In a cocktail shaker, combine the ingredients and shake vigorously until frothy and well blended.
  2. Strain into a tall chilled cocktail glass and serve.
