Ingredients:

  • 2 oz pisco (peruvian brandy)
  • 1 tsp lime or lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp egg white
  • 3 or 4 ice cubes
  • 2 or 3 dashes angostura bitters

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except the bitters in a cocktail shaker and shake very thoroughly. Strain into a sour glass and shake bitters on top.
