Ingredients:

  • 5 zucchini (each 4 inches long; 1 lb total), cut lengthwise into 1/4-inch wedges
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt

Directions:

  1. Cook zucchini in boiling salted water until crisp-tender, about 1 minute. Drain and sprinkle with salt.
