Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon, salt and set aside.
  3. Cream sugars, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Add eggs, one at a time.
  5. Add zucchini.
  6. Add dry ingredients, just until mixed, and finally fold in chocolate chips. Bake in 375F oven for 20 to 25 minute Makes about 30 large muffins or 13 Texas size.
