Directions:

  1. In bowl, combine zucchini, tomatoes, corn, green onions and picante sauce. In small bowl, combine parsley, lemon juice, oil, garlic salt, cumin and basil. Mix well. Pour over zucchini mixture. Toss to coat completely. Cover and chill for 4 hours.
  2. Serving quantity: Serves 8.
