Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup long- grain rice

Directions:

  1. Bring water, butter, salt and turmeric to a boil over high heat in a medium saucepan with a lid. Add rice; reduce heat to low. Cover and steam for 20 minutes. Uncover an fluff rice with a fork; serve.
