Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Beat water and egg yolks and salt for 15 minutes
  2. Fold in sugar and lemon extract
  3. Sift dry ingredients together 5 times
  4. Fold into egg mixture
  5. Bake as for angel food cake (I'm guessing 325°F for 30 minutes).
