Ingredients:

  1. Directions In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, Monterey jack cheese, jalapeño peppers,
  2. Garlic and green onions mix well and season with a little black pepper.
  3. Fill the wonton wrappers with approximately 1 Tbs. cream cheese mixture.
  4. Fold wrappers into triangles then press with moistened fingers to seal
  5. Or seal edges as desired.
  6. In a large skillet heat oil over medium-high heat.
  7. Carefully place 3-4 wontons at a time into the oil and quickly fry,
  8. Turning once until golden brown.
  9. Remove to paper towels.
  10. Serve with your favorite chili dipping sauce, ranch dressing or alone.
