  1. 1. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise, green chilies, jalapenos and 1/2 the Parmesan cheese. Once smooth, mix remaining Parmesan, melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top.
  2. 2. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes.
  3. 3. May be served with tortilla chips or broiled French bread (just enough to make it crisp yet soft). Enjoy!
