Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain the pineapple, reserving 3/4 cup of the juice from the can.
  2. In a saucepan, whisk together the sugar and cornstarch. Add the pineapple juice, the orange juice and the lemon juice and whisk until smooth.
  3. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbling; cook and stir for 1 minute longer. Remove from the heat and set aside.
  4. In a large serving bowl, combine all the fruits. Pour the sauce over the fruit and mix gently. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
