Ingredients:

  • 1 duck
  • 1 -2 cup rice

Directions:

  1. Salt and pepper duck.
  2. Take and put in roasting pan with cover.
  3. Add one inch of water and onions.
  4. Cover and cook until tender.
  5. Remove duck,add rice to juice stir put duck back in over the rice and cook about 30 minutes until rice is tender.
