Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add cubed chicken to a large bowl.
  2. Shell the boiled eggs and chop them coarsely.
  3. Add eggs to the chicken along with the celery, green onion, and pickle relish; toss to mix.
  4. Add in the mayonnaise; toss gently to coat; season to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. Cover and chill for several hours.
  6. Right before serving, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
