Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, mix potatoes, celery & onion.
  2. In a small bowl, mix relish, mayo, vinegar, mustard, salt & pepper, then add to potato mixture.
  3. Stir in eggs.
  4. Cover & refrigerate at least 4 hours before serving.
