Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar , scant
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Cream: butter; flour; sugar;ADD: yolks, beaten; lemon juice; milk;Beat egg whites stiff.
  2. Fold into batter;Bake in 8 ungreased dish set in a pan of water, 350, 35 minutes.
  3. When cool, flip cake onto plate.
  4. Sauce is now on top.
