Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp hot water
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 2/3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix well the baking soda and hot water together in seprate container.
  3. Mix the other ingredients together then add the baking soda water mix well.
  4. Line muffin tin with muffin liners fill 2/3 full bake for 25 to 27 minutes.
