Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup jelly beans, cut in pieces

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and both sugars until smooth.
  2. Stir in egg, baking soda, baking powder, salt and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Stir in flour and oats until well blended.
  4. Stir in jelly beans.
  5. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet about 2 apart.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.
