Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, cook ground turkey and onion over medium-high heat, 8-10 minutes; drain well.
  2. Add garlic and green pepper, and cook 1-2 minutes.
  3. Stir in all beans, corn, diced tomatoes (with liquid), tomato sauce, water, chili powder, tabasco sauce (if using), and salt.
  4. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low.
  5. Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve topped with cheese and sour cream
  7. NOTE: This is NOT a spicy chili. Add spice to suit your tastes.
