Vegan Tofu Whipped Topping

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup soft tofu
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp agave syrup (or honey or sugar)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 dash salt

Directions:

  1. In blender: blend until smooth and creamy, scraping the sides inward.
  2. Whip a little just before serving if needed.
