Vegan Peanut Butter Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup oats
  • 3/4 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix baking powder, flour, and oats.
  2. Add wet ingredients and stir just until moistened.
  3. Bake in greased muffin tins for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees.
